Leg Stretches

 
     
     
 

Stretches should be a gentle pull and should not cause pain.  If you experience any difficulty or discomfort with any stretch, please discontinue the stretch. Perform stretches daily, as directed.

 
     
     
Groin Stretch

With feet together, pull inward until a stretch is felt in the groin and inner leg area.

Hold 15 Seconds

 
     
     
     
     
Hamstring Wall Stretch    
Leg Stretches
 

With one leg positioned on a wall and the other leg through the doorway as shown, slowly scoot toward the wall while keeping your knee straight until a stretch is felt in the back of your thigh. Scoot closer to the wall as your muscle relaxes.

Hold 15 seconds then switch legs.
