Mid Back Stretches

 
     
 

Stretches should be a gentle pull and should not cause pain. If you experience any difficulty or discomfort with any stretch, please discontinue the stretch. Perform stretches daily, as directed.

 
     
Trunk Lateral Flexion Stretch
 
Mid Back Stretches
 

With hands clasped overhead, lean upper body to one side until a comfortable stretch is felt on the opposite side.

Hold each stretch 15 seconds then switch sides.

With arms overhead as shown, reach forward while pushing chest toward floor. Repeat to the right and to the left.

Hold each stretch 5 seconds.
