Neck Stretches

 
     
 

Stretches should be a gentle pull and should not cause pain. If you experience any difficulty or discomfort with any stretch, please discontinue the stretch. Perform stretches daily, as directed.

Grasp the side of the chair with one hand and place the opposite hand on top of your head. Lean gently away from the hand holding the chair. Press gently on head with hand to stretch the neck.

Hold for 15 seconds and switch sides.

 
     
     
     
     
Lower Neck
& Thoracic Stretch
   
Lower Cervical/UpperThoracic Stretch
 

Clasp hands together in front extending your arms down and away by pulling your shoulder blades apart. Then gently bend your head forward until a stretch is felt.
