Shoulder Stretches

 
     
 

Stretches should be a gentle pull and should not cause pain. If you experience any difficulty or discomfort with any stretch, please discontinue the stretch. Perform stretches daily, as directed.

Gently pull elbow of involved shoulder behind head with oposite hand as shown until a stretch is felt in shoulder.

Gently pull elbow of involved shoulder over chest with oposite hand as shown until a stretch is felt in shoulder.
